If you have a disability and in need of a service animal they will charge you. I got charged 250 dollars for my service animal, even though there was no damage. They only knew because there was dog food in the garbage and a few hairs on a pillow. So that should cost me 250 dollars?? I told them I have seizures but they insisted it was their policy and that some ppl may have allergies to pets. I personally think this is morally disrespectful, discriminatory as well as just bad business.

Booked the location in off season and unfortunately Gramma took ill and we needed to change plans. Asked to move our booking to any other time. Not high season, just a rebook. The condo was not booked before or after us. No go on changing even though we could not make it. I know we agreed to the contract but in the real world people can have real emergencies. No customer service at this location in my opinion. I appreciate the canned response to our concerns. Again we did not want our money back. We just needed to move it. You are not an airline, you are supposed to be a vrbo. If you want to run an airline do so. The offer to rent it out on our behalf was bogus given that you had no rentals before or after our commitment. It was also a mid week rental which would have been easy to change. Beware this company is not the usual home owner but rather a large corporation. Absolutely BS that you couldnt change that. And the insurance just means a little more fat taken off the top. Weve stayed at many vrbo locations which dont do this. Do not stay here!

I was visiting a friend who moved in recently. She was under a condo that was in foreclosure and I went up to look through the windows and check it out. Being an empty condo and a quiet day I went up and looked. I was quickly being stared down by a blonde hair lady. Looking me up and down with a look of intimidation. I said I was just checking this vacant condo out with a smile. With out hesitation she replied "that's a good way to go to jail" I was shocked. I couldn't believe what an entitled and narcissistic comment that was. Later my friend told me her name was Lisa after I pointed her out and explained what she just said to me. Maybe it was my moving clothes but why? Why would any grown up adult say that ever? I've never been treated like this in my life.
