        The installation appointment window was 12-4 and the tech didn't show up until 5:30. We called customer service multiple times as it got closer to the 4:00 p.m. time frame and nobody was able to help us or even contact the technician. Finally they said they would call dispatch and have somebody from dispatch call us and that never happened. The technician did finally come out and set up the internet which was great. However, sitting in the house for over 5 hours. Just waiting for the technician was a waste of our time and very unprofessional. Disappointed with the customer service, or lack thereof.

        I received the BEST Astound service EVER at this location from the manager Will! Hes helped me a couple of times & the service is beyond OUTSTANDING Will is always professional, precise, incredibly efficient and even better with a personal touch! Astound should definitely be paying him even MORE On my actual quality of broadband, I have no complaints & rates are fair.
