Normally I have a good experience as this is my main store I choose. However today was different and unfortunately I won't be back. I came in looking for a replacement vape and the gentleman was very helpful. I asked about 3 different devices and he answered all my questions. I ended up choosing to remain with my old setup and just get a new device. I trusted the store to know what device they were selling me. It wasn't until I was home that I noticed they sold me the wrong device with pods that didn't fit. I had my boyfriend call to see if we could return it, and based on the conversation we had it seemed it would be an easy return/fix. So he drove 30 minutes back to the store to be told this wasn't her problem and to call management in the morning. For a 50 dollar device.. you guys couldn't fix your mistake. And it sucks honestly because I've never been anything but kind and "tipful" in your store. The young man that helped me just made a simple mistake.. or maybe I did by not making sure I was getting what I asked for.. But oh well, I will keep the wrong device and just find a new store. No big deal for either parties. However, we had receipts from a same day purchase, nothing was used-only opened and returned immediately upon noticing the mistake. I just don't understand why this was solely my problem. Anyway, thanks for hearing my feedback. Hopefully in the future you can allow employees to do returns or whatever was preventing her from helping because this was an unpleasant hassle that was left a bad taste in my mouth. Happy Easter. I'm new to vaping and the information that I receive every time I go into the establishment is awesome. I bought a new tank for my mod and it helped me decide what one I needed by the information I received from the employee. And they are always helpful in helping in deciding what juice I want. Over 3 weeks without a cigarette now with the help of all the employees.

Adrian went above and beyond tonight he has been the only person to help me in months with finding an o-ring for my vape every time I have called Im always told that they dont have it and he even had it ready for me by time I got there man definitely deserves a raise

Excellent selection, knowledgeable and kind service from the staff all the way up to the owner. No need to go anywhere else. Great smoke shop.
