This is my familys second time buying a house with Tim, and our first time selling. Tim did a great job throughout the whole process. I understand that Tim just got his brokerage and I believe we were one of the first homes he sold while starting this new business. With that being said we had a couple bumps in the road while going through the process but the reason Im giving Tim is 5 stars because he took full accountability and made things right, I believe he just had his hands full while getting this thing started. Also, the first time we bought things went flawlessly and There is a lot of moving parts when it comes to selling and buying. I appreciate working with Tim because he is going to be the most knowledgeable guy around the Polk/Marion market and will not pressure you to do anything your not comfortable with. Thanks again Tim, we love the new house! I look forward to buying our next house from you in a couple years!
