Riverside Inn Dallas

How is this place still in business??? The guy sleeping under a tarp on the sidewalk right outside the building has a cleaner set up. If you desire a motel room where you feel like you have to shower just to get the room funk off of your body, pick this disaster of a building. Rooms: The carpets were disgusting. They were black and sticky as if coated in soda, but in reality I think it comes from the coating in their parking lot. The black tar carpets will cause your feet, socks, or whatever touches it to turn black. Noteworthy details: Bottom line: this is your last resort for accommodations.

We reserved the room and told them what time we were what time we were going to be there and the office was closed and we called them multiple times and ithey didnt answer and they didnt answer the door bell had to go to a different hotel this place poopy

The toilet get running all night couldn't get the TV to work he came to help but he couldn't get it the noise from the road was terrible what I stay there again no Rooms: Bad

Deffinatly wondering how they stay in business... I've never had to explain why I'm staying at a hotel. The woman was hostile, rude and even started to shout at us. I'm very glad my lady started recording half way through it all. Please, please, please take your business elsewhere. Go to a place that doesn't treat you like a criminal for needing a place to sleep. Noteworthy details: You work hard for your money. Don't waste it here.
