Let me tell you about this place. We moved to Dallas about 10 years ago. First year we went and got a Christmas tree from the Beal farm. We made it a tradition from then on out. Then we heard they had a pumpkin patch. I was like ok double the fun. Oh but wait their is more. Come the ' year we shall not speak of' (2020) they stepped it up again and they had personally invited the Easter bunny to deliver baskets to the kids in the polk county region. I'm like is there nothing this farm isn't good at. Absolutely not. They put their minds to it and it shall happen. Santa, Easter bunny, pumpkins for days. They got you covered. Also did I mention their amazing fall/winter crafts and decorations. Mind blowing amazing. If you get the chance to visit. You will not regret it. The experiences are meant for you and your family to enjoy and they do not disappoint. Thank you so much Beal Farm for all that you do!!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars. The customer service was amazing! The selection of beautiful-looking trees made this the easiest Christmas tree shopping trip we've ever had. Everything was fantastic! They even sell tree stands there (we threw ours out last year as it was breaking) which saved us a trip to Lowes. The prices are a bit lower than other places. And we LOVED the fact that we were supporting a small, family-owned business. It was a 5 star experience and worth the drive from Keizer to Dallas. The last couple years we've grabbed our tree from Lowe's in Keizer due to convenience. We always get our tree over Thanksgiving weekend, and it's just been easy to hop over to Lowe's on Black Friday weekend and pick one up. Sadly the trees from Lowe's never last the full month. They start drooping in the days leading up to Christmas. And as we host Christmas at our home, we want our tree to still be beautiful *ON* Christmas. So this year we decided we'd like to get a fresh cut, farm fresh tree that is sure to last! In years past, our fresh cut trees still look beautiful on Christmas! Unfortunately this was not the case in 2022. Our tree is a mess and it's only Dec 11th. The bottom half is drooping so bad, our ornaments are falling off. This is my favorite time of the year and I hate that this is happening... We made a special trip to Beal Farm to avoid this situation and it's happening worse than ever before. This is our worst tree ever. I could just cry! And it is not user error, as I am 40 years old and have had my own Christmas tree for the last 20. I know how to keep a tree alive and healthy. We have done everything to preserve the integrity of our tree. Keeping it watered, we have not used our pellet stove a single time, as it's located in the same room, we've kept the house cooler than usual, we didn't overcrowd the tree with too many ornaments and lights. And yet, it began drooping after the first week. It's now hideous. We spent $100 on a tree that looked beautiful for a week. I'm devastated. I told my husband we should call and see if they'd exchange it out, but he said he saw a sign that said they don't do that. Why wouldn't they allow exchanges in situations like this?!? That's not good business! $100 is a lot of money, especially at Christmas! So here we are. I'm tempted to throw it out and buy a new one from the gas station up the road. No idea why this tree started dying so soon after purchasing it, but it's such a bummer. Maybe we got a bad tree? Maybe they cut them too soon? Who knows. Unfortunately, despite the amazing customer service, we won't be back. I'm still giving 3 stars because of the experience of buying the tree and those sweet kiddos who went above and beyond.
