Extremely helpful and honest. Even if you don't end up giving them your business, they're still eager to help you diagnose your problem and get you moving in the right direction. I couldn't wait for an opening in the schedule for my car, and the man I spoke with on the phone helped me figure out what was going on so I could fix it myself. This will be the only shop I'll use anytime I need work done. They may not have made anything on the advice they gave, but it earned my future business and loyalty.
