Cottage Grove Hotel Apartments

Where do I begin.. My mother lived in these apartments and worked at a convenient store just across the street . I would come visit her and come to her apartment . Her apartment contained 3 hotel rooms that they built into one apartment . I would see foot steps and hear the footsteps under the door walk out to see if anyone was present in the hallway and nobody be there. Felt dizzy in areas of the buildings , researching history of this building definitely convinces me this location is extremely haunted. I would smell this nice perfume that you can tell was an old smell it would come and go. My mother told me she would feel something put pressure on her bed as if someone was taking a seat on her bed, and still to this day has no explanation . I’ve heard others say they can see a apparition of a woman in a Victorian dress in the laundry room. But knowing the history of how old this building is definitely needs to be investigated by a professional paranormal crew. Love the building love the history but definitely haunted. 👻

I have friends who live here and I frequently visit. The grounds are always well maintained, trash and recycling are collected and no funny business going on! The inside of the building is very nice, clean, well lit and warm! Washer and dryers are on site and the tenants are super nice! It's in a really good location across from Scarpellies, so short shopping trips are convenient, with Big Stuff Bbq and Axe and the Fiddle a block down!
