There are not enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Doctor Mitchell! A doc that actually listens and hears you. A doctor, who was able to feel the emotion and put the pieces together, without even knowing the whole story. Dr. Mitchell is more than an OB. SHES A SAVING GRACE. I personally have never been to an OB that took the time to get my story , to listen, and HEAR & see me. Im super modest, and she made sure that that was completely respected, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. She is so much more than just a pelvic exam or a Pap smear. She was able to validate things Ive been saying for years & based on her knowledge, her expertise, & her experience she was able to help. This is a way of life for her and honestly & truthfully I cannot wait to go back to see her again. I left in tears, because finally somebody had truly listened and invalidated. She not only made notes in my chart, but she gave me homework & resources to help me start to heal and is genuinely concerned for me, as if I were the priority in that moment, and the only person that existed, and she made sure that I was comfortable at every step. Making sure she stays in touch & following up with me. I truly cannot say enough good things about her! I cant think enough for what she gave me today! Christy

Very poor level of care from the physicians. My questions and concerns were dismissed without any tests and instead of referring me to a specialist when I repeatedly expressed concern that something was wrong my concerns were brushed off for another year. They also seem to be working off very outdated information.

Dr. Erin Massey was so horrendously rude that I needed to cancel my OBGYN appointment after my consultation and go to a different doctors office. She gave me misinformation and gaslit me. Crazy experience, just go to Benton community health.

I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Mitchell. She's restored my faith in Western health. She doesn't just prescribe a pill, she offers actionable steps to take to help improve symtpoms. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources to share and her empathy feels real, not forced. Thank God for her. Highly recommend her.
