This place was amazing! Today is the day before Easter and also in the midst of a pandemic. Everywhere was closed and the next day I would have been able to get any time to take my kitty to the vet would be Friday. She tore her nail almost completely off and this was the only place that was open and able to squeeze her in. They even stayed later than they are usually open just to help. The staff was amazing and very kind. For curbside assistance they made it very easy and kept me updated through every step. I also appreciated having this option to keep myself and the staff safe. Thank you for everything!

We took our cat in for fleas treatment. Also ordered worm treatment meds. Got home and cats fleas got worse, went to pick up our worm mess. They said it's not in yet. This is 2 weeks later. I get home and they call saying oh we found it. I go back down pick it up and get home and it's actually the flea medicine they should have given our cat when we took her in. They are very unorganized and lack any professionalism. We paid 200 and basically got nothing but some meds for us to administrator at home. We could have went to Walmart and saved 170.00. Very unacceptable. Can't believe their even in business.
