        Beware! This is NOT an honorable individual. Make sure ALL your bases are covered and you get EVERYTHING in WRITING prior to committing your time and resources to any agreement with this individual. Refused to honor his original price thinking that, after driving an hour to come pick it up, I would pay more. He was wrong.
