Samaritan Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic - Corvallis

I went in last night an hour before closing and they sent me away saying they were not taking any more patients for the night. So I showed up again at opening this morning and the receptionist with blue hair was extremely rude to me. I waited an hour and thirty minutes before going back up to the receptionist desk to ask how long it will be and she once again got upset and treated me badly. People who are sick and/or in pain do not want to be at an urgent care in the first place and they definitely dont want to be treated that way. I ended up leaving and going to a different place but I would not recommend going here unless youd like to wait hours to be seen and have a receptionist lose their temper on you.

My child wasnt properly diagnosed went and got a second opinion and turned out to be the same thing I knew it was and got the proper medication to take care of it Never going back there I think some of them need to go back to school.

this was awful. The nurses were very sweet but dr. T Ueng was HORRIBLE AND HAS NO IDEA WHAT EMPATHY IS OR HEALTH. I went in to treat ear pain just for him to tell me i dont have an ear infection and i need to wait it out. Ive been in pain for a week now, waiting it out. I told them i was unsure if it was an actual ear infection or not and he didnt seem to look for anything but an infection. He told me to get cough medicine (he didnt prescribe me any) the only thing he did prescribe me was an inhaler. I should not be telling my doctor what I might have AND if it isnt what I thought HE should be telling me other possibilities. Get him out of this job.

We had visited three hospitals and two clinics seeking medical attention for my daughter. But this place impressed me with its excellent service and attention. From the receptionist to the doctor who treated us, they were very kind and considerate people. They truly care about the patient and are very knowledgeable when it comes to patient health care. God bless you for your empathy and love for your work.

They are my go to docs for cuts and bangs and sudden illness. Treatment always above and beyond and staff always considerate and professional. Like every emergency services you have to wait your turn and there are limits to what they can provide. ie. go to hospital if you need x-ray or ultrasound.
