      image Not only were our taxes done incorrectly on state and federal side, instead of refunding our filing fee they blamed us for not providing previous year information. They never asked for it, we have everything asked for. We still are dealing with adjustments on IRS side. Spoke with two very kind costumer service reps only to be followed up by local manager who blamed us for adjustments. Very condescending and unprofessional.
