Corey was wonderful! He was very patient while I moved up here from California. He kept sending me pics of properties and made time to see me when I came up for a visit to look around. Once I did make the move, he took the time to show me several properties. He answered all my questions. He is very gracious and also knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Corey Baron was my buyer's agent in the course of my home purchase. I am convinced that his deep knowledge of the housing market (what was for sale, what similar homes really sold for, how prices were influenced within different areas, and even the history and problems of individual houses on the market) was instrumental in me getting a great deal on a house that suits me extremely well. Corey was patient, cheerful and responsive throughout the process. He was also far more interested in me being happy with the home I bought than he was in making a quick deal. Whether you are buying or selling, I'm convinced that Corey as an agent will save you far more money (and hassle) than his fee will cost you. Corey and the REMAX team also make it incredibly easy to get through the paperwork/title process, as well as find skilled home inspectors and other services from reasonably priced local providers. Whether you are a buyer or seller, do yourself a favor and give Corey a call.

Corey and Samantha Alleys home team are a rip off! They put up silly feature cards to highlight what anyone can obviously see for themselves. The team operates both sides of the sale without discounting the commission of 7%, yes, 7% folks! Its one thing if they have to split the commission but slippery when they keep the entire 7%. Then you are bombarded with disingenuous mailings, emails, phone calls so they can keep on pestering you. Their reply is we meant no offenseof course they would reply so given an MO of sickeningly cloying tactics combined with condescending attitudes. Hey Corey- Love your again, cloying reply to my post. Your 'team' plays both sides and should be ashamed.
