I have bought and sold seven homes in my lifetime, and I can say from my perspective, Michael and his team go ABOVE and BEYOND like nothing I have ever seen. Not only are they everything you want in a real estate agent -- that's to be expected, with knowledge, keen advice, etc., etc. -- but they maintain the relationship long after escrow sells, with value-added services like tips for getting to know your new neighborhood, finding service providers, connecting new friends. I cannot say enough. There is no one else like them!

Please look no further. Michael and his team are the BEST! My sig other and I have about 25 yrs worth of experiences buying/selling houses and this was by far our best experience. They are very professional, attentive and listen to you. Michael's professional ethics are truly exceptional, we trust him implicitly. We were moving from out of town and they also helped us get to know Corvallis. I truly can't recommend Team K enough.
