Reached out in early May due to a mental health crisis and was told I would be contacted by their provider Shayla at the end of the month and was to be seen July 2nd. I heard nothing from them for about 3 weeks post July 2nd so I called to see what was going on and was told oh, yea sorry your provider wont be available until early august which was disheartening, but things happen and I understand . Come August Ive filled out all intake paperwork which brought up a lot of stuff on its own, Ive done a phone call intake with Shayla and everything. Im scheduled for the first week but 21 hours before my appointment I was canceled on. I got rescheduled for another 2.5 weeks out which woulde been tomorrow. However; I was just sent an email (less than 24 hours notice) that my appointment had been canceled and that my provider would no longer be able to see me. Ive been patient and understanding up until this point. I am irreparably disgusted at the lack of communication and overall lackluster approach to mental health care this business operates on. If you are able, stay far away from this place and search for real mental health help before you reach a mental breaking point as I have. Cheers

Completely unhelpful and actually made me feel much worse. I would have lodged this complaint privately, but you also can never get anyone there to answer the phone.
