Trying to get information thru the phone is horrible, the people have no idea what they are talking about, I want to schedule a lab draw and they keep passing me around to people to get "scheduled", yet, they don't schedule those, and it's walk in apparently! Get better trained employees!!!!!!

Nice people and moves relatively quickly. However, lab results can be painfully slow. Portland doctors often ask us to just drive up to Portland so they can actually have results that week.

I've had my routine blood draws here four times a year for the past seven years, and finally decided to submit a review because I believe a change here is far overdue. This is consistently the worst lab experience of my four decades with an endocrine condition. The reception room atmosphere is pervaded by hostility and apathy. No one makes eye contact. My doctor's order gets only partially drawn resulting in wasted hours traveling back to the lab for more draws that were supposed to be done together. The signage is completely unhelpful and the order of patients in line is always unclear so that more assertive patients get to go first. The receptionists do not care. Today a receptionist arrogantly scolded a patient, unprovoked, and the phlebotomist loudly smacked his chewing gum next to my ear. For my MRI they changed my appointment twice, and then told me to be there at 6:40 am, so I could stand there wasting 20 minutes discovering that the staff don't arrive until 7:00. It's baffling how a facility can remain this bad for so many years.
