      image Don't be not even 10 min late for an appt they won't see you. No valid excuse works. Doctors make you sit in waiting room forever but when unforeseen events happen and you're a few minutes late - sorry for you.

      image They didn't call to set appointment like I was told, but left message with no return number to call. So, i look up the phone number and call them and no one answers the phone! It actually rang out three times in a row before I tried the website. The website wouldn't allow me to schedule an appointment either! :(
