We recently had Village Builder do an extensive addition/remodel of our house. Chuck, Peter, and the crew were outstanding in all aspects of the project. Our house is almost 50 years old and had some unforseen structural issues. Chuck and Peter were extremely knowledgeable in resolving the issues. The crew was always prompt, professional, and with outstanding workmanship.
We highly recommend Village Builder for any building projects.

Eight years ago, Village Builders remodeled the house we had just bought. They filled the small kitchen with light by installing a skylight, and all new hickory cupboards and by removing a floor to ceiling "peninsula". They transformed an awkward bathroom into a Master Bath and Guest Bath.
Beyond all the details, we especially appreciated the great crew. They worked creatively with us as problems arose during construction and we ended up with a house better than we had imagined. Our house is now home.

We selected Chuck to build our home in 1987, and are still in it 32 years later, because:
-Our site presented some challenges
-He was up on the newest technologies in home building.
-He took the time to make a very thorough spreadsheet estimate including our materials, appliance and finish choices.
-He had a great crew with strong skills and customer satisfaction.
-He documented every cost with receipts and a spreadsheet.
-He kept us as involved and in the loop as we wanted to be.
-He has an eye for quality of materials and workmanship.
-He could solve problems as they arose.
-He was responsive to our requests and provided suggestions.
-He is an Engineer.
No surprises!

We hired VB for several jobsrebuilding a deck and fence, reroofing, repairing water damage, rebuilding part of a sunroom. We were pleased with the quality if work done and the price.
