Have been using them for custom bath work and more typical glass needs.  Peggy and Steve are just as friendly and efficient.  Will be returning for many years to come.

I had a sliding glass door installed by this company about 9 months ago. I'll never hIre them again because of their horrible customer service. The sliding door was installed with deep horrible black marks, and then the screen was put on with the marks there. With the screen on you could see the black marks but i couldn't reach the marks to take care of it. I called and emailed to have someone come fix it. Repeatedly, i was told they'd be out before the week was over. The week would end and i wouldn't hear from them. Finally, after experiencing this multiple times, they did come fix it. Then i called to pay over the phone, told the lady who i was, and she responded with a really long ohhhhhh. I just had all the windows in my home replaced, and I didn't use this entitled local company for this project. I used another local company who did a fantastic job. That other company is so good, I'm not sure why they are Bashful! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Smith glass is awesome. Peggy worked well with me on my fire place glass to get the right cut to fit. Thank u so much.
