This company and their property is trash they own a property on 937 & 939 2nd avenue the folks they rent to are obvious drug deals not to mention they have so much trash in the front yard its bringing the whole neighborhood down. It's very sad that they care so little about the neighbors and neighborhood. It's obvious with one drive bye ( and please drive by!!) by if they allow their renters to do this . How's their work ethic??? My wife and I have live next door for 46years. It's very sad.

Wow so happy Red Hat has been called out on their slum lord I live accross the street from 937 & 939 2nd Ave in Albany its 2 2 bedroom units with about 12 adults living their and 4 children. Obvious drug activity cars pulling up for 5 minuites and leaving. Trash washer and dryers scattered all over the front yard. So sad this company Red Hat Construction allows this in our beautiful community.

Awful and unprofessional company. Red Hat has been contracted for many projects in the student housing building I live in. Never once have they been close to completing a project within their projected timeline or budget. Not to mention the quality of their work is abysmal. Edit: The 2 years it took for Red Hat to respond to this review is an excellent example of what they consider to be timely service. Not to mention their reply is unprofessional and baselessly threatening-- not sure what you are even referring to. Real stand up organization you are running here Bob, keep up the shoddy work!

I've had rental property in Albany and Corvallis since 1978. I started using Red Hat Construction about 40 years ago, when I first got my contractor's license. I've used them on more jobs than I can remember. Whenever a difficult problem has come up and I needed their expertise, Bob has always come to my aid. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, and think outside the box when they need to. They have helped me through many difficult projects, including fire restorations, and historic building restorations. They've also helped with dealing with difficult permit issues with both cities (Albany and Corvallis). My most recent project was a few months ago. He designed, permitted and constructed a very difficult new bathroom addition. Red Hat Construction trains their employees well... they are always respectful, conscientious, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
