Colin was very responsive and provided a super fast turnaround time (during the holiday season, no less!). He took time to show me the various fonts and gave me his professional opinion on what would work best for my item. i buy all my special gifts here--new baby, big birthday, any occasion where I want to celebrate friends. Colin is so helpful and all the gifts can be personalized with engraving or embroidering. A great way to celebrate those who mean most!
