La Petite Playschool

We couldn't end up enrolling my kid due to personal situations, but the director and teachers were super helpful and responsive to introduce our family to the program (a toddler's class) when we had a number of questions. What I loved the most was that teachers were friendly, happy and enthusiastic. The classrooms and a outdoor playground were also intriguing and exciting for curious minds of little kiddos. I would definitely consider this school/program as a priority option next time we're ready.

When we relocated to Corvallis we were considering several daycare options, and we are so happy we enrolled our daughter at La Petite Playschool. When we toured the school it was spotless, and everything from enrollment to communications with the director, Miss Lisa, was very organized. My daughter (now nearly 4) has shown incredible improvement in her letters, numbers, etc. and she comes home so happy to show me her arts and crafts and tell me about her day. They do songs, circle time, worksheets, outdoor play, and crafts to where I can tell she is busy and engaged. They send home a sheet each day that goes over meals, naps, learning, etc. for the day. The school also provides all meals (breakfast, snacks, and lunch)--and has been very accommodating since we're vegetarian--which makes preparing for school so simple for us as parents. Our second child is also now enrolled at their second infant center, La Petite Nursery, and he has been there since he was 4 months old. He has done so well there, he seems to love all of his teachers, and I can really tell how much they care about him! The caring teachers, high level of communication with the director, and learning-centered environment makes us so glad we made the choice to enroll both of our kiddos at LPP.

I am so missing this preschool and all of it's staff. We relocated out of state and found a center that is nice, but it is NOT the same. We were spoiled with both of our younger children attending La Petite over a course of 6 years. I felt like I was leaving my children with family and now, it's just not the same. If you are looking for a child care center that has a family feel, but offers so much more in terms of curriculum & learning (my children were miles ahead when they left there....what two year old knows what an octagon is?) then look no further. There's a reason they are highly sought after and had to open a second location. We will be forever grateful to Miss Lisa and her amazing staff. There truly is no place like it.

A huge thank you to the teachers at this preschool. My daughter started going there when she was 2. She was this shy little girl who gave the stink eye to everyone. After starting there she has blossomed into this wonderful girl who is outgoing and says hi to everyone. I was so scared to put her in preschool and not be a stay at home mom with her too, but Lisa was able to make sure I was updated and knew how she was doing. I am so blessed to have found this school. Thank you Lisa, for taking the time meet us and accepting my child into your school and your heart. You and those amazing teachers became family to us. You truly enrich the lives of all those little ones.
