The worst experience I have ever had with bookkeeping. If you are reading this, you are ready to hand someone all of your extremely confidential information, DON'T DO IT HERE! We learned that they shared private financial data with competitors of ours and on top of all of that, the information was not even accurate and nothing was done to take responsibility. There was zero accountability for the poor work that was done, the trust that we gave, and that we'll never get back. Don't consider Administrative Insight LLC unless you want to regret it later.

I used to be a client of Barbara's and assumed that she knew what she was doing but since I have ventured into another field I found out from the way that the financials were done was not only poor but just inaccurate. Even if the price is right, I would suggest going with someone who has much more experience and knows what they are doing. Sometimes it's true: you get what you pay for!

The owner, Barbara Murry, introduced herself as a professional who promised to deliver but we have never been so wrong in our lives. We tried very hard to resolve the issues in a professional manner however were faced with Zero accountability from her end. We were forced to part ways due to several factors:-We NEVER received our financials on time, despite being paid in full and a contractual obligation to provide them by the 15th of each month for each company. -Barbara was fired from her position as Treasurer at the Business Enterprise Center in Corvallis due to neglect and incompetence causing the Center 6 months to correct the incomplete books. There is sound evidence leading to the belief that Administrative Insight possesses a strong lack of basic bookkeeping knowledge. Barbara also has no license or official training in bookkeeping. -We are not bookkeepers by trade therefore it is difficult to spot errors however our new bookkeeper has been in business for over 30 years with hundreds of clients. The owner of that company has documented negligence on Administrative Insight's end in bookkeeping for our companies. Considering the trend, there is potential that other clients of AIO are experiencing the same services without knowing it. It is not only terrifying as a business owner to entrust someone with the ins and outs of all finances and come to know that they are incorrect, but it is not ethical. -Lack of staff. Administrative Insight's website boasts that the staff consists of 5 individuals however Barbara shared that she was running the business solo. She consistently complained about not being able to catch up and claimed numerous promises to deliver but never followed up.-Barbara would consistently without fail, claim that she never received any emails from us, causing further delays to very urgent business matters. Meetings were scheduled twice a month and several times involuntarily cancelled.-Incompetency. Mistake after mistake was made from the smallest repeated errors (ie/sending the wrong check to the wrong business, sending duplicate checks to vendors, sending un-stamped envelopes) to very large amounts of money being transferred between accounts in Quickbooks without explanation. When questioned regarding these transactions, no response was given showing utter lack of regard for her clients and for the credibility of her work.

Administrative Insight has been helping me with my bookkeeping needs for over five years now and I am extremely happy with their work. The team is very professional and helpful. It is reassuring as a small business owner to know the tasks Barbara's team takes on will be handled properly and in a timely manner.
