The staff are always helpful and friendly. Our dog has had two procedures and all of her wellness visits and we couldnt be happier with the care she has received.

I have been taking my dogs here since 2007 and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and I never feel as if I'm being rushed during appointments. I really appreciate that they call the day after appointments to make sure everything is ok and never feel like a 'high maintenance' dog mom when I call them with little things. The BEST!!!

My parents have been going here with their pets for decades. Recently they had to cancel an appointment for the first time and the person they spoke to was incredibly rude. They scolded them for cancelling and told them going forward they would have to pay a deposit to schedule any appointments. Again, my parents have been customers for decades without issue and this is how they respond the first time they cancel an appointment!? By the way, we had to reschedule because our cat was missing and is now assumed dead. So now every time my parents schedule an appointment for their other pets they get to pay a deposit and be reminded of the loss of a beloved pet. Shame on you guys! Im so angry you treated my parents this way! Our family will be taking our business elsewhere. Find some compassion or get into a different line of work!

Originally opened by Dr. Bob Bullard in 1975, the clinic began as a mixed animal practice (both small and large animals). After several years, Dr. Bullard decided to focus his efforts on small animals to better serve his clients. Our clinic was founded on providing honest, high-quality medicine in a friendly environment, and we continue to strive to offer this to every patient that we see.

We do have a policy that multiple cancellations with no notice or less than 24 hours notice will need a deposit to reschedule an appointment.
