        Super rude, terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and she said sorry who are you and then continued to laugh. I would not do my taxes here or give them any business

        Had to physically go in on the very last day before taxes were to, they finally worked on my taxes that were sitting there for months and months. Then, they got the amounts wrong and I had to file an extension. Again took months and months and yet again had to physically go in for them to work on it. They then charged me, when they were at fault for the screw up. The receptionists were rude and condescending. Never going back.
