        I scheduled on the phone the person said they will come out to look at our problem the next day (they gave me a window of time). The whole next day, they never showed up. I called a couple times to see if there was an update and no one ever answered. I left a voicemail too. Someone texted me a few days later saying they were told to contact me to schedule, but they said they had no details about the job or location... Not sure what was happening there.

        Called on the Friday before a long memorial day weekend looking to replace a non-working water heater. Rob quoted me a fair price to replace it and said he would check his inventory of water heaters, as it might take a day to get fixed. Luckily he had one in stock and told me he had a worker coming to start the process of changing out the water heater. Five minutes later Grant arrived ready to go . Removed the old tank, installed a new one in under two hours. Grant did an excellent job, as the install was nice and clean, and of course, in working condition.... Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend! Service: Water heater installation
