Pacific Air Comfort

I tried to purchase a part from them ( condensate pump) in order to fix my heating issues. The lady at the front desk was short with me, snooty, and had a better than you attitude. This is a part that can be picked up from lowes or home depot but do to small town local hardware store didn't have.

Second winter in a row this unit doesn't want heat can't get a service tech out for 2 weeks. Sure it's gonna cost $$$ again . The unit is only used 2-6 months out of the year. The brand they installed is Daikin when we told them we weren't sure on using that brand they assured us it was at the top in ductless heat/air and that we had probably never heard of it because it was a European brand that has been around forever but the USA was just moving into the ductless arena.I need to mention that we didn't have issues the first couple of years, we started having issues after they came out and disconnected it and moved it so we could do some work on the side of our home and then came back moved and wired it back up we paid for that service. Unit wouldn't heat so paid for that service. And here we are again its cold and no heat again. Just not worth the money considering the unit is 6 years old and only runs 1-6 months out of the year. I rarely give a bad review but I'm less than happy with Pacific Air Comfort. My heat pump and furnace quit working two months ago. Both had been serviced in March. The guy who did my prepaid service showed up WITHOUT the right filter! "Oh, you can stop by the shop in Coquille and pick up one." he said. NOT! That is why I prepay for my maintenance. So the units stop working and I call for maintenance. One guy shows up three weeks later! Doesn't have all the necessary parts, again. Three weeks later the same guy shows up, replaces a fuse, a condenser, but still can't get the units to work. Two weeks later two guys show up. One checks the heat pump and finds it was shorted out by a tiny fried tree frog. Because the heat pump was fried it blew out the electrical in the furnace. Everything except the motor has already been replaced but they don't have the motor on their truck! Their head electrician shows up on Friday. He checks out the unit. Yep, the motor is bad. No, no replacement motor on the truck. It is now Thursday of the following week and I have not heard from them. I called the Coquille office this morning at 9:45. Their website said they are open, phone message said they are closed. Needless to say, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH PACIFIC AIR COMFORT service. Any recommendations out there for another furnace maintenance company?
