The manager John is the most difficult person I have ever worked with. Refuses to answer simple questions. Will not provide rules for storage units. Watch out and stay away.

Our lease is very detailed about our rules, and we also have the “Storage Facility Rules” document posted inside every storage unit along with the “Move Out” policy.
