      Alex, When we spoke on the phone you seemed to understand that we were unable to get you a service call for your “simple” repair due to our staffing shortage. Our roofers are still installing new roofs and we’ll continue to do so until the winter rain sets in. To get to your “simple” repair during roofing season would require a separate service call crew which we do not currently have. We understand your frustration and hope your we’re able to get your “simple” repair taking care of.
