        We are longterm stayers at the Terrace. I just want to say how phenomenal the current manager runs this place. We've stayed here long enough to live through some very chaotic and odd circumstances, but I think that comes with the location. Overall our room is roomy, cozy, and well ventilated. If we had any complaint, it is that the walls are paper thin, but that comes with a lot of hotels. Our neighbors are courteous and management is almost always available to assist with a problem. Vacancies don't occur often here but I highly recommend this place to those looking for an open minded place to stay for a while, with very reasonable pricing. Noteworthy details: People tell me this is the oldest inn around! (It's pretty obvious.)
