We have been looking for a place in Charleston, Oregon for almost 2 years. Every time we would see a place we liked we would text Trudy and she would have everything lined up and ready to see! Trudy and Dan helped me with everything! They went out of their way to help me find my first house. They’re also there for you if it’s not perfect they won’t stop looking! The entire time I was searching they answered all of questions. They called me when new houses showed up on the market. Anytime I wanted to see a house they set it up right away. They’re so nice and really listen to what you want. If your looking for a house Trudy and Dan will help you with finding the perfect place. 😊

My husband and I bought a house here in December. Trudy was wonderful throughout the process. It was our first house and we need some handholding. She was there anytime we needed her. She went above and beyond, even checking in on how we're settling in afterwards.

Trudy and Dan are incredible. Words can’t describe their level of honesty, empathy, understanding and knowledge in the realty field. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous. They were so patient and straight up with me on all the properties we looked at. They always showed whatever I asked for, put in offers well lower than they thought would be accepted for (I didn’t have much to go with) and listened to my every plead. I told Trudy I was looking for a unicorn, and my gosh we found it. Got an even better price I ever could have imagined. I think the universe does good things to good people and these two are very good! They went above and beyond during and after my close and I can’t stress that enough. Thank you Trudy and Dan for helping me secure my unicorn! I am so happy to have worked with them and will use them again if I ever buy/sell a home.
