Said he was going to send an email about an inspection I need done and never called or sent anything out, waste of your time.!

Josh has extensive experience and provided a very detailed report on everything I needed to know about the home personally, for my lender, and for the homeowners insurance. Not only did he provide detailed information, but he also presented extensive knowledge about repairs, and local resources to help with the issues of the house. He was prompt, effective, and efficient. I would 100% recommend Precise Property Inspection.

In escrow on a house in Coos Bay, scheduled to close in 2 weeks. Flew 2500 miles to be on premises for a home buyer inspection arranged with Precise 3 weeks prior to scheduled day of inspection. Seller also arranged to meet at house to let me & inspector inside, answer questions. The Home Sale is contingent on acceptance of inspection reports. No show. No call backs. No answer on business line. No service. No Good. Not dependable. The trip cost more than $1900 all told, not including time taken from work, family, etc. How can someone simply stand up a client on such an urgent matter we will never know. Totally bogus, unacceptable, and might have ruined our chances to buy the home due to time allotted to conduct home inspections.

I highly recommend Precise Property Inspection. They were very professional. Josh walked through the home with us and pointed out problems that would need to be fixed as well as suggestions like putting a uv filter on the well. In talking with him I found he used to be a building code inspector, and he has experience testing wells. His extensive knowledge makes him an amazing inspector. Thank you

We had seen one of Joshua's inspections reports before and found it impressive, so we decided to hire him for a home inspections. He was very thorough and detailed. He crawled through all possible, even hard to reach, spaces and noticed even quite small imperfections. Joshua was very knowledgeable about everything, from skylights to pellet stove to details about bathroom fixtures and the doorbell mechanism. Most importantly he tested everything about the electrical wiring and all outlets for safety. After he was done with his inspection he gave us a walkthrough and explained and took the time to answer all our many questions. A few day s later we received the inspection report with lots of photos accompanying the detailed descriptions. He too provided recommendations on what and how to fix. Overall this was a very impressive home inspection, worth every penny.
