Got rescheduled three times before giving up on this place, every time I would call and confirm an appointment, then would drive half an hour for my appointment just to be told Im not on their schedule. Even telling them I had this confirmed in advance I was told dont pay attention to the phone confirmations they dont do anything you have to confirm in person and being told that if Im not in severe pain they cant fit me in. When these appointments were SCHEDULED months in advance. Would not recommend to anyone, will be switching to South Coast dentistry now.

I don't recall having any issues with my visits at the end of July (2023), but I was scheduled with a dentist outside my insurance and, thus, had to pay later when I had thought care would be covered. I do remember that the front desk staff was quite friendly. I'd like to continue going here, but I can't say I'm thrilled about paying. I guess I'll just have to be more careful going forward. I realize that this is not necessarily Advantage's fault, but there should definitely be more collaboration on matters of insurance coverage.

i went here 5 times for 5 appointments i had i had to keep making appointments because everytime i came they treated me like a new patient asking me what needs to be done they wouldnt look in my mouth i said i had a cavity they said i had to come back so i came back they asked me whats going on so i said i had a cavity again got xrays done then i came back the third time they said they lost the xray even though i saw it on their computer screen so i came back again they said why are you here and i said i got a cavity it needs to be filled i dont remember it was like 3 or 4 times i was there probably not 5 but each time i was treated like they had no idea what needed to be done i said please just do something i was told to go to bandon but they said they had no hygienists
