South County Towing

This company refused to tow our vehicle through AAA, and demanded that we pay cash for their services. After we refused to pay cash, the driver left us stranded on the side of the road at highway 101. This company also refused to accept anymore calls from AAA help us. Be warned; this company is the main one that AAA uses in Tillamook county. In response to the owner: You provided incorrect/misleading information. I stated that, according to the AAA dispatcher, your company was their MAIN towing company in the area not the ONLY one. Your driver absolutely refused to service my family and I unless we paid cash and refused to accept the AAA call. The officer that came to our aid questioned your driver about his conduct but to no avail, the tow truck driver refused to help with out cash. Your driver DID NOT offer to move us to a local yard, only to a "safer spot" on the road. OSP was not trying to deceive or mislead your company, they only expressed the urgency of our situation since our vehicle was partially blocking the lane.

I had a good experience with the towing company. They arrived when they said and did a thorough job. I appreciate their help. I was told by others that I had gotten a good price too.

My truck broke down close to 400 miles South of Cloverdale. Eric, and South County Towing came out and saved me when I was in a pinch. Highly recommend.
