StorQuest Self Storage

Ive been happy with them prior to this last experience. This location is supposed to have a locked gate which people access with their code. It was left wide open. The office is supposed to be open from 9-6 no one is here. Its 2:00. They have a sign on the door saying someone will be back by 4. I cant get the lock in. I called the 800# which was ZERO help. So now I guess I just have to wait here for 2 hours waiting for them on a Saturday because I cant leave my storage unlocked with the gate wide open.

This place let's their employees misinform you and then without warning will upcharge you. When they get called out for the misinformation they essentially say "my bad." I've tried to reach out to upper management but when I called they REFUSED to give me the contact information. Flat out refused no matter how many times I asked and just told me someone would reach out. I've been told that multiple times and still haven't actually been "reached out" to. I was forced to pay double what I was consistently paying because I was locked out of my unit. This place is a joke.

Edited review after being locked inside for 3 hours. The gate wouldn't open an hour before closing. The after hours call guy was rude and extremely unhelpful. Thank goodness for the Clack.Co. Sheriff's, non-emergency dispatch and of course the Clackamas Fire Dept for getting me out. Next morning went in the office and the staff had never been notified of the incident. Now unfortunately the entry gate is left open. So much for security.
