Website is unable to access. When I call the manager, he didn't pick up my call and he hasn't called me back for a week. The office is empty because he moved. I wonder " Are you guys do your job seriously ?"

Since Community Right changed hands they have been terrible. Community Right hasn't done anything for our community in 1.5 years but still collects our fees. 1 meeting in 1.5 years. No follow up notes. We have 3 projects that need to be completed. Community right has gone MIA. Doesn't return calls or emails. Doesn't get back to owner when a sale is in progress. Doesn't handle HOA violations. He's left us in the dust. The Board increased dues and they are still sending invoices for the old amount. Beware!

I have called many times the last 6 months to this HOA to resolve a bill and flooding in my neighborhood as of late and this man Chad Debraun does not return calls. I have left detailed voicemail after voicemail and no call back. Recently sent a email today and will see if he responds. Do not use this hoa if you expect service they only take money and ignore you. I will be in contact with HOA president and board to dissolve this company from our neighborhood They also have moved out from their suite on hwy 212 in Clackamas. I went to suite 210 today in imperial plaza and a gentlemen answered the door and said they have not been there for over 3 months. All signage was removed from the window. The tenant said I was the 4th angry person who has shown up. Update 5/16/22 I still havent hear from him as if today.
