My husband and I used Bill Clark to refinance our happy little home. The process was about as smooth as one could expect. How they keep track of all those documents, I'll never know! Magic, we assume! We thought Bill and his team were super communicative and very easy to work with. They saved us about $150 a month on our mortgage. It isn't much, but we'll take it! That pays for a lot of coffee! The traffic around this area can get crazy during lunch though. It made us late to our signing. So if you go around lunch, give yourself extra time.

Bill Clark never returned my calls. I would want to touch base with him and left many voice mails since he never answers his office phone, and he NEVER returned my calls. I purchased 3 homes in the past with great service from a company that doesn't do loans in Portland, so I took a chance and went with Bill since he seemed nice. Wow what a big disappointment. When I talked to the branch manager for Alpine Mortgage Clackamas, Tu Phan, I found him very rude and short.....This was a horrible experience, and I went with another mortgage company that got me pre approved with the same paper work that Alpine mortgage had that could not. If you want a loan officer that is sharp and attentive, stay away from Bill Clark.
