Excellent service by Efren at NW Rugs & Furniture in Clackamas. He was personable, knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions without any pressure and when we needed more information he had a great manager, Sam, who was also very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend you do the same!

Edit: Salesperson I spoke with doesnt work here anymore. Didnt ask details so for all I know he quit. But keep in mind while reading my review that the professionalism of your salesperson is huge and its unlikely youll get a gem like the salesperson I happen to get! First experience with this business. Looking for design options for a specific piece and they only had one style. Leaving I figured I would need to look around. They did have a single high-end piece on hand that qualified! Would have purchased on the spot but the totally wrong color and discontinued, bummer, explained fully at the time. Later called my 'former' sales associate Mark asking if there was anyone he could recommend. First words out of his mouth? You want me to recommend somewhere else you can buy your piece? Or words to that effect. I was so taken aback by this clearly negative and condescending spin that I cant remember exactly how he said it. I was sorry they didnt quite have the selection I was looking for but Marks self-serving reply and tone ensured NW Rugs & Furniture wont ever have a relationship with me. Burned a perspective customer with big plans and a penchant for quality. Keep up the good work Mark!

After getting home with our rug that we had specially sized we were not happy with the color and the ribbed edging that was sewed on the rug. The color did not look the same as it did on the sample hanging in the shop and the edging was not the same as the one hanging either. We brought it back and found that the color was the same but just didn't look the same in our lighting. We were sick about it and knew we wouldn't be happy. The salesman, Westley worked with us to make it right. He brought out a different rug which was more in price, but said that he could give us a discount. We agreed to exchange the rug that we were unhappy with for the other rug that he found. We took it home and we were very happy with the exchange. Thank you Westley for working with us to make it right!

Wes was extremely helpful with my rug selections for my new house. Ended up leaving with 4 beautiful rugs that will surely make the rooms more pleasant to look at every time I enter! Took no more than 15 minutes to get them identified to given the vast selection they have to offer.
