Every company should be given some expected room for error. Communication is the only constant issue we have. Updating payment information with them was a hassle, with our previous card continuously being charged without authorization (after I specified multiple times to delete that card off our account and charge the new one instead.) Recently, we have updated our store hours and I spoke with two separate people about the shortened hours, weeks in advance. We received a late delivery, after closing and I was expected to drive back to my store to accept the order, causing me to be extremely late for a personal appointment. I was told that communication wasn't clear, causing my order to arrive after closing hours. Aside from the communication errors, we are very pleased with our delivery driver! He is very kind, goes above and beyond when helping us bring our order inside. He clearly works very hard and we appreciate his effort each week! I also love the website, it is the easiest website to work with, out of all our vendors. Sometimes, in the descriptions we get lucky with videos going into detail on a product. Because of the easy access through their website, the detailed information we get on products, the amazing customer service our driver gives us, we have been placing weekly orders. I would give a 5 star review, however communication within the company needs to improve.

If you have a load booked to this warehouse bring plenty of food and make sure u go to the restroom for 2 days or u can Take it back to the shipper. Because This Warehouse takes forever.

No on site parking. Can parking on the street just to the west of the complex. Strict appt for unloading.
