Great prices and great customer service. Shipping is almost always same day if ordered first thing in the morning. Since organic products are often biological and sensitive to high temperatures, they will send certain items 2 day air only just as an example of their understanding of how these products must be handled. This is an important distinction when dealing with online stores. Many seem to have no clue as to how biological organics need to be handled.

A friend recommended I reach out to Ever Green Growers to help get over a recent pest issue. Being new to using beneficials in my IPM the staff was amazing, helping me navigate these practices and integrating them into my current practices. They are wonderful communicating via phone and email which was helpful for me dealing with the issue at hand. Bugs came in with excellent climate control packaging ensuring the population of beneficial arrived in healthy conditions. I intended to continue the dialogue we started about using beneficial in my regular ipm. I will recommend them to friends in need moving forward! Thanks again!!

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with EGS and their customer service and products are top notch. I found thrips on my plants and placed an order for lacewing larvae, and then immediately got a call from Kayla letting me know the hexcells were not as viable and the fresh ones sold out. She went above and beyond at adjusting my order, providing recommendations, and then also providing samples in my shipment so I can kick my thrips problem ASAP! SUPER grateful for the amazing customer service! Great packaging every time as well so the bugs actually arrive alive unlike other companies I've used.
