Valley View Dayschool

Both my kiddos have attended Valley View Day School since they were infants. The teachers are wonderful and the administration is organized and communicative. We love it here and feel so lucky that the kids have such a good place to spend their days.

I'm very impressed with the the staff and Jan, who is in charge. These kiddos can be a handful, but they never lose their cool. They're very organized and have lots of fun and interesting activities. I've seen the kids flourish in their learning and social skills prior to starting kindergarten. There was a waitlist and for good reason.

My kids love going. Thats enough for my heart to be happy. We have tried other daycare facilities and this by far has been the best fit for us. The staff is helpful and kind and Im very thankful for the care they provide.

I have only heard good things about this school when it comes to the education that the student receive. Yet, the business model in regards to calling potential customers is awful. After having my husband take a tour of the school we were told to call back in late May to early June to see if there would be space available. Rather than call back my husband came in and put our child's name on the waiting list. We were then told to call back in mid July to see where our child was on the wait list. When we called the employee struggled to find his name and then we were told the director was out of town until the following week and to call back then. When we called back then we were told the director would be back in on Monday and that they would call us with either a no or yes as we made it clear we had to make a decision on our plans for our 4 year old. It is now a week after they were suppose to call and we have not received a phone call. After talking to other families about this experience who also looked at this school many of them believed they had the same response because they were not looking for 5 days a week. We did state we were looking for 3-5 days. Again, I have never heard anything negative about the education students have received but am very disappointed in the treatment of a potential customer.
