This place is expensive! Buyer beware! They charge $259 just for the initial evaluation (they will take your blood pressure, ask about your accident and family history and chat with you for 30 minutes abut stuff just so they can bill you this amount) my insurance covered only $75(which honestly is how much that initial consultation was worth!) What a scam! After that "each manipulation " is about $60-$64. You better do some homework( and honestly, im not sure what this means) ahead to understand what your insurance will conver because you won't find that out from them. Their billing practices are as opaque as a black box! For example, did you know that they require an "initial evaluation" if you haven't used their services in over 90 days? I was only informed of this practice when the receptionist thought I reached that mark. Oh, and yes, they do encourage you to check with your insurance first! They just don't share their prices and billing practices with you! I highly recommend the acupuncturist, tho! He is awesome! Something else, possible RETALIATION alert! Shortly after I posted this review, I received this message yesterday 2/14/2024 (to be fair, I changed my insurance provider a few weeks ago, but I called and asked if my new insurance is in the network. The receptionist said YES!) "Good morning, (my name) Upon careful review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept Cigna insurance for acupuncture services. You will need to seek an in-network provider for coverage. As a result, we have gone ahead and canceled your appointment." Tbc
