make getting ALL MY information at ONE time IMPOSSIBLE. it's ridiculous I can't get all my tax info without having to logout just to log back in.... for my safety. adp aught to worry for your safety cause I'm about to lose it. completely unnecessary extra difficult process for something I should only had to access ONCE!

It is my experience and opinion that ADP is the absolute worst payroll service. ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and RUN are equally terrible offerings, as are their customer service teams.

In December, when we decided to switch, we were bullied into rushing to get everything switched over by January 1st for a promotional deal. We have 120 employees who use clocking functions, time off, benefits, retirement plans, etc., so we didnt think there was any way that ADP could set us up that fast, but we were assured that they would have everything ready and were again strong armed into doing a January 1st start date.
Its now the middle of May, and we still arent fully set up. One of the final pieces for us now is setting up picking up dropped shifts, and I have reached out multiple times to get it set up, and no one has gotten back to me. We have had so much trouble getting all of the pieces working, and its caused a lot of stress for both our frontline employees and our administrative staff.
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when they say implementation will be quick and easy. Its still a struggle half a year later.
