        82 nd Ave is a NIGHTMARE. First time ever in a drive thru and the teller told me I had to wait because they had others inside in line. Every time we try to do any transaction its a joke. If you are going to wire money it take hours. BEWARE NEVER GO TO THIS BANK BRANCH. Employees are knuckleheads. Terrible service plus 82 nd is a slum.

        Customer service, in my opinion, is like worse than visiting the DMV. The manager would not let me cash a check that was literally 1 penny over their limit. 1 cent! Can you imagine that? And he said it with a straight face! Seriously thought, if you want great customer service, bank with Onpoint. *Thanks, customer service, for your voice of reason.

        The teller was as efficient as she could be however, the bank system Database was completely shut down and any transactions were significantly limited.
