        I can not express how thankful we are to have Evan and integrity property management. 42 years on this property and never got any help, until Evan with Integrity property management took over. He and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty when we didn't have any water pressure. It took a month, but Evan didn't stop, until the work was done, as they had to dig by hand to expose the old pipes and replace them. They worked late and arrived early in order to get it finished. We couldn't ask for a better property management. Thanks again, for all that you do.

        They charged fees for a property that was all ready rented. Edit: You heard it here right from their own mouth. Instead of doing backround checks and charging people for them as the become first in line, they have chosen to collect unnecessary fees. Integrity, congratulations on hanging a BUYER BEWARE sign outside your business.

        BUYER BEWARE These people are charging application fees to all applicants regardless of their place in line and then happily point out their no refunds policy after they tell you the property is unavailable. Extremely likely SCAM.

      We do not accept applications on properties once an approved applicant has made their deposit-to-hold. However, we process all applications as they come in and if there are multiple applications on a property, once an approved applicant makes their deposit-to-hold we cannot refund the application fee of the other applicants once the credit/background check has been ordered because it covers our actual cost incurred from our screening company. We do not profit from any application fees.We do, however continue to screen those other applications so they can be transfered to other avaliable properties for the next 60 days unless the applicant requests we cancel the application, at which time we terminate the screening process. We know it can be disappointing if you expect your application fee to be refunded but we cannot afford to pay for an applicant's background check just because another applicant wanted the same property. That is why we disclose our process and refund policy on the first page of the application and require all applicants to agree to it before submitting an application.
