I would like to start off by saying this is our 3rd time selling a home which would make this the 6th inspection process for us to go through, and by far, the worst. Scott did show up on time, promptly 15 min before our appointment time and spent about 3 hours inspecting our custom 15 year old home. There are no major issues with our home but he found 78 pages worth of small ones. Thorough is an understatement. He went as far as saying one part of missing transition grout was a safety hazard. The sad part is that we lost the sale on our house and the inspection report has to stay with the sale of our home for potential future buyers to see. He ruined the experience for my family and I and put us in a tough situation. I would not recommend him, even for a buyer, unless you take the report and inspect the issues yourself to realize how minor they are and how blown out of proportion he can make them.

If you DON'T want to sell your home, call this guy. He'll kill the deal for you for sure !
If this guy shows up to inspect your home, you can be sure your buyer will back out of the deal. This guy must not like sellers !
This guy is a big " circle - dot " if you can figure that out !

Scott was a pleasure to work with! He was on time, and was very helpful with questions. My wife and I received his inspection report and it was very thorough and easy to navigate. Scott included pictures that were very helpful for us to review. I would recommend Scott to anyone.

Scott is your best choice for home inspection in the Rogue Valley. Not only are his prices reasonable, his reports are the most thorough I've ever seen. Too many inspectors miss things that should have been caught and I've had friends lose thousands in repairs after purchasing a home. Scott will take the time needed to fully inspect a property, including taking photos for reference, and write a report that leaves nothing out. If he can't inspect an area, he notes that limitation. If there is something to be found, Scott finds it and explains it. His follow-up service is incredibly generous, too, and he explains things in a way anyone would understand. Invaluable resource for anyone wanting a complete and accurate evaluation before purchasing a home! A+++ all around.

Scott is awesome! His inspection was affordably priced, but in this case, we got much more than we paid for! When we arrived at the tail end of his inspection on the home, he was friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us a summary of the top concerns regarding the home - taking the time to give us visuals on those areas of concern - and then he took the time to answer our (many, MANY) questions. He provided a lot of great recommendations, some which were even outside the realm of the inspection. To be honest, I was completely satisfied with his work at that point, but I had no idea the magnitude of the inspection report we would be receiving from him less than 24 hours later. The incredible detail (to include several photos) regarding every aspect of every interior & exterior element of the home was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Scott, for really easing our way through this process; your professionalism, helpfulness, and overall in-depth attention to the details were so very appreciated!
