Amy is my realtor! Amy is very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me purchase my home. I felt totally safe with Amy asking the right questions about the properties that we looked at. She has an eye for the big questions, structure, roof, wells/water, etc. Amy and I worked together for a while because I hadnt yet moved here. She was always patient and helpful. I know that Amy is committed to doing her job thoroughly, I witnessed her knowledge grow. She is constantly striving to learn and pass that on to her clients. There is no way to make this short; Amy has too many qualities for that! Funny how important a person can become in your life in a short period of time. But because of Amys very professional, kind, intelligent, and motivated attributes she truly became the rock I needed to get me through the process of selling my dads home. She is honest, caring, and showed personal interest in me and my future. As soon as I hired her she jumped on the work wagon, walked the house and property with me, and clarified what needed to be done to prep the home for sale. When she realized I lived out of town she worked more magic and made calls and got the contractor, HVAC people, electrician out, plus much more! She has an amazing eye for detail and even recalled all the details of our conversations. She personally worked inside and outside the house weeding and cleaning and doing whatever aesthetics needed to be done. She has excellent communication skills and kept me informed of every transaction, from paperwork, what was planned next, or happening that day with prepping the house for market. Amy is one of the hardest working people I know. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business. She was patient with my questions and concerns, and even provided emotional support through this time of loss and letting go. And she did all this in 2 weeks! House was on the market 1 day. And she increased the value amazingly! You cannot go wrong with this lady! It was a true blessing to have her as my agent. And I made a really amazing friend through it all!!
