        Under new ownership they are remodeling and taking steps to clean up the place. As well as, I getting rid of its past reputation for drugs and other issues.

        Room 10 had a very musky dirty dog smell that we had to go buy air fresheners. Bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile as it had some black matter in it. Also toilets barely flushed, I would say $80 is a great price, but probably best to pay more and stay in grants pass.
