Kyle and Marty are great people! They are super nice to work with and do great work. Put in our dishwasher super fast and only charged a small fee! They are very affordable and do a great job. Check them out! Nice to have a great appliance place in the Illinois Valley.

Kyle & his crew did a great job repairing multiple malfunctions on our washer, as well as delivering & re-installing machine. Prompt & courteous.

These guys are great! I called Kyle regarding a leaking boot for my very old somewhat reliable front load washer. He ordered up the new boot and called me a few days later when it arrived. Originally I was going to drop the machine at the shop but had to leave out of town for a family emergency. He offered to repair it on site and sent another guy out to replace the boot. It was a big job! My wife sent me some pics of the tear down and the poor guy had the whole front of the machine off. The job was completed in a timely manner and the ladies were back at it doing laundry So then a couple days later the machine started leaking! Turns out the drain pump was going bad for awhile causing the washer to get too full of water and leak at the first vulnerable place. Which explains all the problems we were having when we assumed it was just the boot getting old. I came back and loaded the machine up in my truck and dropped it at Kyles shop. He disassembled the machine and confirmed the drain pump impeller was toast (common problem with LG washers) and he gave me the part number for the new pump and said I could find it locally instead of waiting days for another order. My wife picked up the new drain pump, that was in stock, from WC supply in Medford and we dropped it at the shop that night. He had the machine fixed the next morning but wanted to run a few cycles to double check everything. Voila! The washer was fixed! He only charged $30 labor and honestly went above and beyond to get it done right. Plus he immediately sent two guys who delivered and reinstalled the machine at my house for a minimal fee! Very pleased with the work performed and the way we were all treated by Kyle and his team! Hard to find good people these days. Thanks guys!

Took over a week to get any kind of service, then the guy showed up late. Had to run back to shop for parts. Said the dishwasher was fixed. Tried it a few days later and no water was going to it. Another service call showed up late, after an hour along with another trip back to the shop for parts. Was told he couldn't fix it. Sucks that it's the only local place
